In a nutshell, this defines how I have been feeling lately. It has been a while since I have felt completely opened to the creative process without judgement of what I was creating. Sorta reminds me of life! I can get so caught up in everyday aspects of life, I put more emphasis on what is around me in the exterior world that I loose sight of within my heart is the place I want to be.
This is a positive message that we all need to hear and remember. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, a very good message, and one we all need to hear! I still have (many) moments when I've felt less than open and nonjudgmental of my art. They are getting fewer, the more I create, so I know that's part of the antidote!
