They can be used wet like water colors or blendable like oil pastels. I wanted to find the ideal medium for use on faces and I believe I have found it. I am showing a spread from my art journal where I used them on the girl's face and dress.
By the way... what do you think she is thinking about?
I've never heard of gelatos (other than the delectable dessert)! I'll have to check them out.

ReplyDeleteI love how her face turned out, I think she's happy with it too and thinking that she wants to go out tonight.
I was very pleased with the smooth texture of her face, it was a nice contract to the background. She is all dolled up to go dancing, I think!
